Take a Hint Misery City

For now, I think that I am fine, other than the regular everyday things that make me a bit unhappy. I know in the last post I said that if you do not love something, drop it, and I can't. I cannot support myself nor can I just drop everything and leave. If I could, I would, but now I cannot. Many people are unhappy, but others do not realize that. It does not matter if they tell you are not. It is an unhappy person, here are some hints.

1. Smiles are no longer easily given. I remember that I used to give out smiles to everyone, even the ones that I do not like. I was a happy person, but I do not do that anymore. I only smile when it is worthwhile, not because I feel obligated too.

2. An increase in sarcastic comments. This may be obvious to some and not so obvious to others, but sarcasm is the biggest sign a person can give to you. Boredom and annoyance and frustration is usually translated into sarcasm.

3. A decrease in interests in life. I am not a big participant in life because it makes me depress. It is not that life depresses me; it is the people who surround me in this life. I just stop caring. Rebellion is not the main focus, just a perk. Relaxation is the key goal, but this method does not work for everyone.

4. "I am sad" is said. You never know when someone says this, and if they do, along with "I'm done", they are not in the brightest place on the planet. I do not like to put my heart on my sleeve, so I rather use words and do say these things. Some will catch it; others do not.

5. A decrease in showing emotion. If someone used to be dramatic and wore their heart on their sleeve and turned into a monotone, poker-faced person, it is saying something. The motive is that if they do not show emotion, they will no longer feel. It works for a week, but after that they break down.

6. Tired voice is present. Whispers are usually meant for secrets, but when it is used instead of a normal voice for a long period of time, it shows sadness. Their mind uses so much energy that they are tired, and it shows through their voice.

7. Puffy red eyes. Crying, but I do not like crying. I remember nights where I would cry myself to sleep, not the most fun thing in the world. Puffy red eyes is an obvious sign if a person is upset.

8. An increase in lashing out. Taking out anger or frustration constantly show how upset the person is. It is usually not out of anger, but out of frustration that they are sad. Sounds weird, but true.

9. Lack of motivation. If a person just stops trying, it shows how they do not want to take an effort in themselves. When they do not, it gives them more energy to focus on their feelings, and they become tired again. They must find that energy, so they do not try anymore and continue on. It is a vicious cycle.

10. Everything seems more annoying to them. Little things just start pushing their buttons, and they cannot stand it anymore. This happens because they need something to pick on, something to blame for their sadness and darkness.

The reason why I write this post is because some people do not understand why people act like the way they do. Not everyone is optimistic, not everyone wants to see the brighter side of things, and most already saw the so-called brighter side. No grass is greener on either side of them. They are
stuck in a rabbit hole. I am stuck in a hole, and I cannot get myself out of it. Anyway, it is titled
"Take a Hint Misery City" because I live in Missouri City. I do not like it. It is too small of a town where people think they know you when they do not. Cut the kids some slack.

I apologize for the pessimistic thoughts on this blog, sorry if this offends you or makes you more frustrated. If it does, just tell me and I will send an apology because I do not want to hurt anyone.

With Love,

Violet Sar Bleu

P.S. Do not ever take a vacation to Missouri City, trust me. You will find 5 churches on one street with a lot of critizing Christians. I am a Christian, but these people take it to a whole new level. Love and kisses and hugs to you all.

P.S.S. If you are sad, say something, not everyonoe can read your mind. And for the recommended medicine, "Heartbeat Slowing Down" by All American Rejects helps, also "Summer We Raised You" by Years Around the Sun.
