Let's Ink (Permanently)

Tattoos are the most artistic and controversial things a person can do to their bodies. First off, I want to talk about tattoos because kids at school have been talking about, in an unrealistic view. Getting ink is more than just dealing with the pain of it, that is not even half the battle. There are so many things you have to consider, your age, the meaning behind it, the cost, etc. I am just here to give advice about it. Do as you please, I am not the ruler of your life.

The meaning of your future tattoo:
Why have permanent ink on yourself if it does not mean anything? Sure, it looks cool now, but you will have it for the rest of your life. It will just represent worthlessness in the future if it does not mean anything. Please, do not get a name of your significant other on your body. You do not know what the future will bring. Piece of advice: If you want a tattoo, give yourself a couple of years (4 or 5). If you still want it, go ahead.

Do not mimck another person's tattoo:
That person got a tattoo for a specific reason. It just would not be fair to them. A tattoo should be unique and should represent you, not another person.

Do not get one if your parents do not know about it (underage):
So many things could go wrong. They can see it, and you will get into trouble. You may not know if it is safe or not, etc. etc. Please, listen to your parent or guardian's advice.

The risks:
Unclean needle can lead to AIDS, Hepatitis, or infection. An allergic reaction to the ink is not fun. Remember the risks that go into this.

Do not ink yourself just to have a tattoo:
Again, sure, the tattoo makes you look cool now, but later on, what will it represent? Make it meaningful.

Anyway, I care about you all, and I actually do feel miserable when a kid gets a worthless or terribly looking tattoo. It makes me feel terrible. Please, save yourself from permanent ink being worthless onto your body. You can get a tattoo if you want, but just remember these things.

With Love,
Violet Sar Bleu

P.S. Mitch Lucker, happy holidays. :)
