I want to get a degree in Psychology and Anthropology, travel around the world, be a people-watcher, use my observations and my studies, and eventually, write a novel. After I write my novel, I want to teach Psychology and Anthropology. Yes, that is my direction right now, my mother thinks it is crazy, but at least, I have a direction now. This dream of mine is not at all at impulse. I have been thinking about doing it for so long that I started to doubt myself about it. It's better than my wanting to try to make money off of being a literary crticism writer in which high school students have to use my argument in order to either make a counterargument off of or use it in order to support their own argument. Either way, that was the most ridiculous thinking I could have ever thought of.
I know what I can do well and vice versa. I can observe people and think of ways to either develop a certain theory of them and how they process.
Over the years, I have noticed that my presence do not really influence people on its own, but with my voice, people listen to the thoughts I have. I do not know why, but I think that getting a degree in Psychology and Anthropology, writing a novel, and eventually become a teacher is my direction in life. Even though I am not helping humanity as a whole, I think that at least I am able to do something with my life.
I have been looking at other blogs, vlogs, videos, and articles, and they are mostly written or done by people who are going through a quarter-life crisis.
You are probably wondering, "What is the quarter-life crisis?". The quarter-life crisis, as I define it, happens to people in between the ages of 16 to 25, take or add a couple of years. Usually, we end our schooling, but we have no direction. We do not know what we will do with out lives. It is similar to the mid-life crisis except by the age of 40-50, again take or add a couple of years, we are already doing what we are suppose to do, and we have no excuse except that we are bored. However, the quarter-life crisis involves choices that may or may not influence our future.
We are indecisive people, and we have no direction because we are afraid sometimes, or just confused. I think the latter because I see many people with this condition. It cannot be cured, only coped and eventually, we will get out of it. If you want to see examples of people in the quarter-life crisis, look at YouTube vlogs, blogs, and other things.
Hopefully, you are not in the quarter-life crisis and have direction. If you are, it is ok, the future will work out itself. We will get it through together.

Book Plague
Have you ever read a book that affected you so much that it causes you to be mentally sick for a while because of the many emotional changes you go through as you read that book? Have you ever just wanted to be alone for 4 weeks in order to persay "recover" after you read a book that you love and now ended?
I have. I have read many great writings in my day (and not so great ones), but nonetheless, the ones that I cherish tend to be the ones that cause me to a nonsocial person just for the fact that I need to recover. However, I do not believe that we ever recover from those book plagues. I think that we just learn to live with the condition they give us and try to be that person that we were once were. But, some people in our lives leave because they cannot stand our mental being anymore, or they leave because we push them away, since some can only do harm to us after the book.
I know. It sounds cliche to change after a book. But after a very influential and great book, I cannot help but think, "All this time in my life, I have lived without this book. How? How do I live without its influences over me again?"
People left my life because of certain ways of making them leave. There is the classic "I am not feeling well. You are better off going some place else," and there is the contemporary "Leave me be,".
So this is my warning to you. Whenever you read any book I suggest, you may get "book plague". I get it, and it will be different for all of us. I just laid in bed for 4 weeks, ate a bunch of cereal, and listened to Billy Joel and The Smiths. I get it severely, but my sister, not so much. She just lays out on the grass on those sunny days on our front lawns, and she did that for 5 days. My mother just locks herself into her room with her coconut meat, and she will occasionally allows us to visit her throughout the day. "Book plague" is different for everyone.
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu
P.S. What are some books or plays or poems that affected your life? Also, I have been wondering, who is the other of the poem, Howl? I cannot seem to find the author, but the poem is saved onto my hard drive.

2. Australian Boy Does Accents
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTIH8FrqQyM
The reason why I think this is so funny is because some of accents are actually very well done. I know that some people my take this offensively, but again, no harm is meant to be done. The phrases he says are hilarious.
3. Bug War
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=az4LD1Z_DOw
The idea of karma of bugs and the description of the bugs taking over is hilarious. I do not know what about it makes it so funny to me.
4. Confessions of a Disney Employee
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=f_WaxuN4o78&list=PL50E2211EBC39DC15&index=7
Swoozie never fails to make me smile, and this video is such a classic to me. It makes me laugh so hard. I know that it is wrong to laugh at others' misery, but misery loves company.
5. The Panic Alarm
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F99LYU8dVSE&list=UUGjylN-4QCpn8XJ1uY-UOgA&index=2

6. Left Handedism
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZiWSWG7926I&list=UUGjylN-4QCpn8XJ1uY-UOgA
Who knew being left handed makes people so disabled? Again, nothing serious, just some guy who talks about his experiences about being left handed.
7. List of reasons why I am an awful human being
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPcXf4ilZbQ
Again, story time. Almost like anecdotes, but funny nevertheless.
8. Why I'm bad at conversations?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qQNlaM027qk
An awkward guy who is adorable talking about his experiences that have not been successful with conversations.
9. Whenever you're sad
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsQ693BCuFw
This is directly towards you if you are sad, but it is makes me smile whenever I am down. It is not that funny, but it is the voice you want to hear.
10. 46 reasons to exist
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZD5y5evuc0
Again, this is for whenever you do not feel as though you belong or have nothing to live for. These are the few reasons why to exist.
I just want all of you to be happy. However, knowing the human race for a little under 16 years, I am kind of an expert, so I know we all get sad at least one point of our lives, unless you are super lucky and get to be happy everyday. I know these videos will not cure you or anything, but they will cheer you up hopefully. Feel better.
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu
P.S. I know that some of you are not upset, which is perfect since I do not want you to be upset. However, everyone deserves a good laugh every now and then. You can either ignore all of those videos or watch them anyway, since they do bring your beautiful smile to your face.

Words mean so much to a bookworm.
Even though I do not have a lot of time on my hands, I still find ways to make my life more busy than needed to be. Despite the fact that I have school, dance, blogs, and extracurricular activities to worry about, I find ways to make my time feel even more crammed. However, I am not complaining because I am not wasting my time, since I do enjoy and do not regret what I have done. Let me tell you. If you were in my mind, either you are an overachiever and think my life is easy (it probably is), you think my life is overwhelming (which I doubt), or you think my life is not busy at all, and that it is only jumbled. Yes, jumbled. I live a pretty good life I would say. Not better than most, but not at all near the worst.
I have been reading a lot of literature lately. Most of which are both contemporary and classical. Even though I have read many books in my day, I find that my book taste has been refined over the years, which is good since I think reading bad books is over for me for now. This year has to be one of my more successful years of reading books, since all of the books I have read at the beginning of last summer until now have not been terrible, other than Shakespeare’s Julius Caesar. Right now, I am working on The Count of Monte Christo, The Fault in Our Stars, and some of Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz’s works. Right now, I love them.
Some of my favorite books I have read has to be either Perks of Being a Wallflower, which I read between the years of eighth grade and freshman year and will read again in my senior year in order to see if I still agree with it, or The Catcher in the Rye. The latter is more extreme than the first, but overall, great books nonetheless.
In all honesty, most books and movies that are criticized and create controversy and bring the best debates tend to be the better ones, so do not fear them. Instead, read them. However, do not watch any movie or any book that you think is inappropriate. With that being said, people who have read Perks of Being a Wallflower and do not understand it, do not read The Catcher in the Rye because you will not understand it either. Start out small then go big.
I think during the summer, where I have loads of free time, I think that I will start to read more books. Maybe read The Great Gatsby, my mother’s ultimate favorite, or start a book club with The Catcher in the Rye, since I do have enough books in order to do so.
By the way, I got a 98 on my persuasive essay for English, which we were suppose to write about if power corrupts at all, which I said yes, because of the evidence of World War II, Lord of the Flies, and Julius Caesar.
As much as I love reading, I dislike many books, namely Jane Eyre and Bless Me, Ultima. I know that many people love them, but out of the two, Jane Eyre was the worse one. I do not know what was that threw me off because a lot of people enjoy reading the book. Sorry, I think that if I read it later in life, it will be better. Bless Me, Ultima was too magical for me. I am not into the magic stuff unless you are speaking of weird happenings in ancient times.
Anyway, I apologize for the long post, and I totally do not mean to do that to you, but I felt it was totally needed (just kidding). Hopefully, you enjoyed this post, and in the comments, list some books that you enjoyed or hated. I will be replying to those comments. Thank you, and have a nice day.
Ok, enough with being boring J , I decided to give you a video. Yes, another one to watch, but this video is very calming, and the song is written by the same guy I showed you the other day, Troye Sivan. Link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_apoiiL8rxY
With love,

P.S. Please watch the video, the song is becoming one of my favorites J . It describes the book so well, and it makes me happy when I hear it, and I want you to be happy too. <3
P.S.S. Read the book also. One of my favorites also.

Good and Bad News
I have some news for you all. And they are good and bad news, so I decided to give you the good news first, the bad news next, and link you to a funny video in order to cheer you up a bit. That way, even though you may be laughing at my thoughts, not caring about my thoughts, have no effect by my thoughts, or are just an emotional wreck, you are still able to be happy.
Good News:
1. The Count of Monte Christo
- I finally get to read this awesome novel, and I am totally excited to get my hands on this piece of French literature.
2. Easter Sunday
Unless you are non-Christian, you know it is Easter Sunday. Lent is coming to an end, and I am excited for the official start of spring.
3. No more Shakespeare
Even though Shakespeare is praised by many, I hated reading Julius Caesar. I apologize for not being able to appreciate the classic piece of literature.
4. Everyone is back from Playlist Live
:)
Bad News:
1. There is a 90% likely chance that I will spend my birthday alone in Destin, Florida.
Despite the fact that I will be with my uncle on my birthday in Destin, which I will stay for whole time if summer, my sister and mother will be in other places. My sister will be going to Orange County in order to go to VidCon and stay with my friends. My mother is going to travel around Europe. They said that they will try their best to come back to Destin or we will meet in O.C., but it is unlikely.
2. I screwed up my outer thigh
I do not know what happened, but I screwed it up so bad and it hurts.
3. My mother now decides to trust me when I drive.
Trust me, you do not want to know.
4. Standardized testing makes me upset.
Public school system, what are you going to do?

Frustration
I cannot stand certain things, one thing: no trust. My mother literally has no confidence, no trust with me with her car. I cannot stand that. What did I do wrong? NOTHING, god dammit. I did not hit anything, no, ok? So calm down and let me drive. What do you think I am going to do? Do you think I am going to crash into something? That is saying that I am blind. I am not blind. I can see. Do you realize that this car is in a dumb parking lot that is so crammed and had a goddamn speed bump every 2 feet. And how am I going to speed up and then slow down in that dumb parking lot. Idiots, I swear. And you think that telling me to do this and that will make me a better driver. NO. I know what I did wrong, so be quiet and let do what I have to do.
I swear driving with my mother is more hectic than driving with my instructor. So mom, do not assume that I am deliberately trying to crash the car, and we were in a parking lot. What will happen in an empty parking lot. I drove on the streets before. I know what and what not to do. Like you were a better driver than me when I was your age. Remember, you have been driving longer than I have been alive. So leave me be.
Sorry about that, but I hate driving with my mom. It blows every vein in me out of proportion.
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu

Hearts on Sleeves and False Hope
Admitting to something is the first step in repairing a problem. I wear my heart on my sleeve sometimes, and when I do, life backfires on me and makes some situations go out of proportion. Emotions are stronger than words, and they tend to get the best of me. I can honestly say that most of the conflicts of my life come from my emotional distress, rather than the actual situation. And, I rather not talk about it on the Internet because we have to respect personal privacy, but I decided to finally admit to it.
False hope. Probably the worst thing ever invented. Not only does it involve the action of decieving, but also strong feeling and faith for a certain person, situation, etc. *sigh* I need to see someone soon or else I might go insane.

Let's have a chat
I do not think there is nothing more fearful than someone asking you to have a talk, privately. It makes everything in the room to have so much tension that we can cut with a knife. So to prevent the large amount of tension in ourselves, I decided to ask you to have a chat with me. Even though I will be typing without your answers, I still want someone to talk to. Someone to listen to me.
Before I go on, the next paragraph is personal. If you want to listen, listen. If not skip down to the paragraph after it because it is personal, it is my life.
Ok, so I live in a jacked up life, if you cannot tell by my tone of voice as I speak throughout this blog. Even though I do not want to admit that my life is flawed, I still have those emotional breakdowns that happen way too much and should not happen to anyone. I would hate to believe that you actually go through emotional breakdowns. So, here I go. I have divorced parents. That is not my problem. Certain children in my life give me sadness, instead of joy as many people want them to. She is posed and thinks that she is sly and cunning and thinks that she holds the cards of the "game" she plays. She is superficial, and I dislike her greatly because I believe that my childhood was different in a way. I grew up in a pure world where all I had to worry about was to not sit on my grandmother's flower beds while she worries about how to get revenge on me. I did nothing wrong. She puts words down my throat and overreacts to everything I do not do. I hate that. Also, my mother has false hope. No matter how much she tries, she does not get what she needs, which makes me upset because I want her to get what she needs. My mother keeps trying to the point where I lost hope. I want out. I need to leave, but I cannot. If you were in my mindset, you would understand. Hopefully, though, you do.
Ok, that is enough of me.
Now, I want to talk about fear, respect, and believe. Those three words are so different from each other, but like love, infatuation, and lust, they tend to get mixed up with each other. Fear is used to make people do something because they are scared of the consequences of not doing it. Respect is used to make people do something, but they do not believe in the reason, but love the idea of it because of a person, thing, whatever. Believe is used to make people do something because they geniunely want to do it, through it all, from the consequences to the reasons, everything. However, it is a sad thing when people mix up fear for respect, fear for believe, and respect for believe. Do what you want to do because you are the one who will get affected by it. Not anyone else.
Also, do not worry about the future so much. If you try your best everyday, you will be prepared for the future. Do what you have to do in order to make the most out of your day. I used to worry about the future too much, and it gave me anxiety. But now, I tend to live in the moment more. So, do not worry about the future, try your best, and live in the moment because I think you will be happier.
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu
P.S. Sorry for three posts update. I have too many things on my mind today, and I need to let them all out. Forgive me.

P.S. Sorry for three posts update. I have too many things on my mind today, and I need to let them all out. Forgive me.
Flower Inspired Clothing
I cannot get this springtime excitement bug out of me. It is just so beautiful! :). Let me tell you, thank goodness that I am not doing a video because it will be difficult for me to contain all of my excitement. To try to make myself calm down. I decided to make outfits inspired by my favorite flowers, because why not, and I thought it will be approtiate since it is spring.
1. Sunflowers
If I woke up and got surrounded my sunflowers, I think I would either try to grab all of sunflowers with me or just try to lay there and not get sunburned. Either way, sunflowers just scream happieness.

I think sunflowers express youth and carefreeness, so I wanted to project those qualities to this outfit. The crochet tank looks very darling with the high waisted shorts, and the oxfords help bring it all together, and just make it very youthful and casual.
2. Lily of the Valley
Lily of the Valley is very mystical and fantasy like to me. With its white bell shape that droops down gracefully, it is also very rare and rather poisonous to other plants.

I wanted to capture the mystery and gracefullness of lily of the valley, so I chose a lace dress to capture the romanticism and mystery of the flower. While the gold leaves headband makes every girl feel like a goddess, the crochet foot detailing makes everything looks so carefree and down to earth.
3. Dandelions
I do not know about you, but when I was a child, I grabbed a dandelion and blew on it to see the petals fly away. It makes me think of good memories of my childhood.

I wanted to capture childlike demur into this outfit, yet still give it a somewhat grown up feel. The playful romper and print of the oxford gives the outfit a youthful feel, but the white color of the romper and the sweetheart neckline still show that this outfit is not for children.
4. Blue Bells
I love the deep rich blue of the flower, and it gives it a very mystery and solitude type feel to it. The flowers look very conservative and deep and rich.

I wanted to capture the solitude of the flowers through the conservative flowy dress. With the lace up shoes, it will counterbalance the conservativeness of the dress, and let the blue socks peek out to give a pop of color and capture the deep blue of the flowers.
Hopefully, you enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed creating it. If you would like a post about clothing, leave it in the comments below or email.

Playlist Live
Guess which people are currently in Orlando, Florida? Big name YouTubers. I am talking Jenna Marbles, GloZell, Casper Lee, Alfie Dayes, Marcus Butler, Jack and Finn Harries, Our2ndLife, Swoozie, and many more. So if you are there, lucky you! :). Be sure and take pictures and have a great time for me please.
Now, for the rest of humanity who is not there. It's ok, I am not there either even though I want to be there so bad, but I just cannot afford to fly to Orlando, nonetheless drive there.
B.t.dubs, before I forget, I am doing so much better in driving. Thank the lord. :). Yep, I have been busy lately, but hopefully, after the school year ends, I will blog more, and maybe even vlog. We'll figure it out.
Also, I am going to the armpit of Florida, Destin. Ahhhh, I cannot wait. That place is like my second home, so I am super duper excited. :)

Missionary Volunteering
Today I worked my butt off. Ok, I did not, but I did some volunteering work, and it was the worst volunteering work ever. I only had two hours, thank god because I was getting exhausted. I was working at a mission, but I did not know that until a guy asked me to join the Christian church.
I was in a warehouse with no A/C, no windows, and a bunch of clothes that needed to be sorted in Texan hot and humid weather, go figure. I just felt icky and gross and tired, and I was on my feet all day and pushing clothes, taking clothes on and off the hanger and all that jazz. As much as I think that missionary work is weird, and the manager looked like Perez Hilton, I think it is weirder.
Nonetheless, very hard work, and I am tired.

The Aftershock is Worse Than the Hit
As you all well know, I have an abrasion on my knee because of a dumb accident that should not have happened in the first place if I were more careful with myself. However, because I am not, I still fall. Yep, just one way to show how much a klutz I am in public.
Have you ever notice that once you have fallen and then you start bleeding that you do not have much pain? However, thirty minutes or so past buy, and then you start feeling excruciating pain. The afternath hurts more than the actual falling, which does not make sense to me.
Apparently, I have a cut over the bruise, so it not only hurts to move, but also, it hurts to touch it. I sound like a huge baby, but it hurts like crazy because it is not one big wound, but a huge scrape that is made up of many little cuts. Added to that, I have a bruise on my left knee.
Hopefully, I will learn from this experience, and you find this situation funny.

Wounds
Currently typing this at 2:18 a.m. in the morning, my time, because I got a huge abrasion on my knee, and it is because of a stupid mistake.
So, my stepmother decided to take Amy, my half-sister, and I out to eat to go get some dinner and beignets.
We apparently stayed there until 11:45 and did not get home until 12:15, so when I got out of the car. I avoided hitting my head at the car, since I usually did since it was only a two door car and you have to push the chair forward in order to get out and crounch to get out. So, instead of hitting my head like I usually did. My foot got caught onto the seatbelt, and I tried to save the fall, but instead, my knee took the fall for me, and I am left with an abrasion on my right knee and a bruise on my left.
Call me stupid, call me a klutz, but the abrasion hurts so much right now. It feels like 100 papercuts just on my knee.

Ughhh
In most cases in life, we cannot describe in words because it is not enough in order to show our emotions. Instead, we make a sound in order to do so because it expresses our emotions perfectly. Let it be a scream, grunt, cry, or just something out of the blue, but there is a sound for everything, not so much words.
The internet can be so ughh sometimes. Whenever I try to go on my school website in order to access databases and the library catalog, it does not work unless I want to wait at least 4 hours. However, if I want to watch a YouTube video, I can easily do that within minutes. Let's just say my school does not have the best maintance. A kid lit a bathroom on fire through a soap dispenser, we have a sewage problem, and lights go on and off as if there are dementors inside the building. Go figure.
I am a very forgetful person. For instance, I am making a model of a soundboard of a studio piano for my project. I forgot the strings. Ughh, not cool, not cool, life, not cool. Now, pretty much, I am just hoping that I will be ok.
Another thing I noticed that if I try to drive a car, everyone's life expectancy will be significantly lower as me as the driver. Yeah, I am not going to say anymore of that.
Hopefully, you are understanding what I am trying to get across because I confuse myself. I do things that I do not mean to do, and I say things that are true, but I do not want to say. Please understand me in the best way possible.

Ides of March
Depending on your time zone and when you will see this post, it may or may not be the Ides of March. The Ides of March is pretty much March 15, nothing big, but it is very important in Ancient Rome, especially during the reign of Julius Caesar.
Why am I telling you this information that you may not use ever in your life? I have no idea. This post is going to be as pointless as my other ones are, but I thought you needed to know just in case weird things are happening in your life right now because the Ides of March are known for doing weird supernatural things.
In other news, I really need to stop giving myself anxiety. Yes, the suspense of life is killing me, and I do not know why because I feel as though the future should not be worried about. My mindset is the following: if you try your best everyday in order to get something done and do what you need to do, you will be set for the future. However, no one can predict the future.
Also, yesterday, I was watching a documentary on doomsday cults. I have no idea how I got to that channel, but before I went to bed last night, I watched doomsday cults. Pretty much I saw were how certain persons made people believe them and follow them and eventually caused a mass suicide. Hopefully, you have heard of this or I just sound like a total freak. But yeah, I watched about Jim Jones and others. I highly recommend you NOT to look this information up, or you might loose part of your sanity. Fair warning.
Another thing I have been thinking about is moral and immoral actions. Yeah, they are actually pretty hard to differentiate sometimes because not only do we have to think about the action itself, but the consequences and intentions of that action. If I sound like I am writing total nonsense I recommend you to click this link and watch. Hopefully you will get what I mean.

I also have been noticing my web history. Though I do not ever delete it nor do I intend to, but I have been noticing I look up odd things on the Internet. For instance, for my English Project I am building a model of the well known torture device, the rack, and in order to do so, I have to look up things on the rack and how it affects the body. However, though it may seem like a harmless project, if you were to look into my history, I seem like a very violent person, which I am not. Yeah, just wanted to clear that up.
Another thing I have been noticing is the way I dress have drastically changed. I used to wear what actually flattered my body and showed off what I love most about myself which are my neck and legs. Therefore, I would wear crew cut sweaters and shorts or skinny jeans in order to emphasized what I want to. But now, I have been noticing although I still put emphasis on my legs and neck, I dress way more differently. I am more into making items even out with each other. For instance, the other day I was wearing a lace top, a bandeau, boyfriend jeans, and had messy hair. Let's just say, I did not want to do my hair and everything looked ironic.
Yeah, sorry for the super long post, but I thought I needed to get that off my chest.

Things that only happen on Halloween
I do not know about you all, but I have been thinking about Halloween lately. It is probably because I am building the well known torture device, the rack. Do not worry, it is just for my English project, I promise. If you need reassurance, send me an email, and I will send you the actual copy of the rubric, minus the personal information of course.
1. It is the only day of the year that it is considered safe to walk outside at night.
I do not know about you, but in my old neighborhood, walking around at night was a big no-no. There were not many lights, so you could've been easily run over.
2. People will eat what strangers give them.
In reality, if someone came up to me and gave me food, I would not eat it. But on Halloween, people give out candy to people and do not care if it is toxic or not.
3. You can walk around with blood all over your body and no one will care.
On Halloween, it is all about looking scary and gory, but in everyday sense, if someone were to walk around with blood all over their face, I would send them straight to the hospital. However, on Halloween, we assume it is fake blood. Therefore, we let it slide.
4. You can pretend to be a doctor without getting in trouble with the authorities.
It is illegal to either pretend to be a doctor or forge a doctor's signature. However, this one excepted night allows people to pretend to be doctors. Imagine the horror.
5. You can walk up to someone's door step, and not be either threatened or shooed off the premises.
I think this statement is self explanatory.
Ok, that is all I have to say about Halloween. If I missed something, leave them in the comments below.

Spring Time Clothing Essentials
Spring is about to be in the air, and I am super excited because of the warm weather, the bright colors, and the ability to plant my sunflower seeds. In order to combat my overexcitement, I decide to show you my spring time clothing essentials and the ways I would wear them.
1. Bandeau Bra
Spring means cheerful clothing and longer days, but it also means humid and hot weather, especially in the southern part of the United States. So, when layering clothing, we all want to wear as little as possible in order to combat the heat, which means ditching our camisoles and tank tops. Bandeau bras provide the same amount of coverage, but without the bulk.

A typical spring weekend day outfit for me will be a bandeau bra, with a loose tank top, and some cutoffs. It is a very simple and comfortable outfit that can be reformed in order to fit your style preference. I am a very casual person, so I tend not to pair any accesories with this, and sometimes just walk barefoot.
2. Sundress
For those days that are extremely hot and I do not know what to wear, I grab a sundress. It is easy, simple, and perfect for those hot spring days. I tend not to wear those that are formfitting because those are just uncomfortable. I usually wear those are a bit loose on my body.

Sometimes, I wake up and have no clue what to wear to go to school. So, on those days, I grab a sundress, put on simple white tennis shoes, braid my hair, and grab a sweater, and call it a day. Of course, my school has a dress code and turn up the A/C on high, so I wear a loose sweater over my sundress, and later on, when I am on the bus, and the tempertures go on an all time high, I take off my sweater, and try to beat the heat.
3. Semi-Sheer and Loose Tops
I find that anything semi-sheer or loose or both tends to be better in the heat. For instance, I rather be in a semi-sheer loose long sleeve shirt than a solid tight tank top. It is more about fit than actual cut of the top.

Sometimes, I want to cover my arms, and when I do, I grab a semi -sheer loose top and pair it with loose palazzo pants. Do not be fooled by these pants, since they are actually very light-weight and comfortable. Finally, I put on my rope sandals and head out the door.
4. Shorts
This is an obvious one. Shorts are very easy to wear, and I just like the functional part of them, since they are able to fit into any occasion we have planned.

I am probably the most casual dresser you will ever meet because I am not that kind of person that takes time to plan out my accesories and shoes, etc. But, I do have my preferences. For my shorts, I like them to be either out of cotton, linen, or with denim, distressed. Those to me are the most comfortable pair of shorts, and I usually just wear a t-shirt with them.
5. Crop Tops
You all are probably thinking that crop tops are very scandalous. But, I believe that if you wear them right, it will look good. Crop tops are different than regular tops, other than that they shorter, but also they are more comfortable in the heat. I usually buy the looser or more boxy cut ones because they tend to be more comfortable for me.

My red TOMS are getting worn out right now. From all of the clay dust and walking and shaving down the sole in order to get the right fit, they are getting a true beating, but I love them. I have sewn in two places where the holes used to be, but I really need new ones. I paired this awesome Harry Potter crop top with comfortable black culotte shorts. Black culotte shorts have a looser fit, but are just as flattering.
So this list is the list of of my spring time clothing essentials. Pretty much clothing items in which I wear nonstop because I find them comfortable and they can beat the heat.
I want to know what are your spring time clothing essentials. Leave them in the comment below.

Arizonas and Prom
As you well know, prom season is coming, which means more dresses on display, more corsages to pick out, less school days to actually have to work in, and more prom proposals. Now, for many of us, we either hate, love, or do not care for prom. I am more of all of the above.
The reason why I hate prom season is because it is a pain in the butt to try and find good sundresses in stores in my town. I live in a small town where everyone knows everyone, and during prom season all of the clothing stores sell only formal dresses. As we all know, I am not a pants or jeans kind of person in the spring, and my shorts are too short for school, so I go towards dresses, rompers, and jumpsuits, since they are easy to where. However, it is a pain to try and find informal dresses because all of the stores want to sell the most and get the most money.
The reason why I love prom season is because the teachers are more laid back about assignments. Usually, I do not have any homework on prom weekend, powderpuff weekend, or homecoming weekend, which are the only weekends where I do not have any homework. So, we all just chill out until exam season comes.
The reason why I do not care for prom season is all of the prom proposals. Even though they are deemed romantic and stuff, I do not care for them because I see them as inconvient. That sounds rude, but I think it is a way for the asker to forcibly make the person being asked say yes because who would say no to a person in front of hundreds of people. And the thought of what if they do not want to go to prom with them always pops into my sinster mind, so yeah, prom proposals.
But there is something that I will always love which is Arizona tea, particularly, Arnold Palmer. Even though I already mix my ice tea with my lemonade, for some reason, Arizona tea makes the best Arnold Palmer.
So, what are your opinions on prom season?
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu

My Ambitions
Many people want to grow and be rich, be happy, and live in New York or in L.A. However, as much as I love New York and dislike downtown L.A., I do not want to live there. Heck, what is the point of being rich? What I want is that I want to be happy, who cares if I am poor. All I want to do with my life is to live simply, maybe even out of my own suitcase, but all I want to do is live simply again.
I wanted to be a doctor, but nowadays my train of thought has been different. I have been on this little hunch that I want to grab a little cottage with just enough things for me to survive and near the water so that I can be grounded with the earth. The water is the only place I think correctly and where my thoughts can function, if this makes sense whatsoever.
But yeah, I do not want to be rich. I do not want to live in New York in L.A. What do you want to do? Where would you like to live?
With Love,
Violet Sar Bleu

American Trash
In my opinion, a lot of songs make reality seem so not real. I mean not everyone feels as if society as is the best, nor the worst, but artists try to be as "relatable" as possible. Even though I agree to part of their song, what makes them relatable to me? Sure, just let me get my limo and we can go out and party at the Oscars, and do not forget your million dollar necklace. Sorry, I am not like them, at all, so why try to be relatable? Yes, I know they are famous and successful, but are they truly happy? I mean what if they are forced to do some things they do not want to do? Why do we believe what they say? Is it even true? I mean anyone can say a white lie.
Yes, so one of the songs I agree with is American Trash by InnerPartySystem. Here is the song.

The Catcher in the Rye
I believe the worst thing we can ever do is to make a child lose its innocence way too early. That, my friend, that incident is the worst crime we can ever commit because it is unforgiveable and unforgettable. I know, we all witnessed or will witness death in our lifetime, but I believe that showing a child a world of reality too quickly and too strongly will eventually make the child grow pessimisstic. However, every child, one day, will lose its innocence, no matter what. It is a sad fact and we try to catch them before they go out of the rye, but we have to let them fall one day. But, for now, let the child grow up on its own pace, at its own time, because we cannot make the flower bloom when it does not, nor do we want to cover the flower while it is blooming. And to those who are brought into the real world too early, I apologize because it was tough for me, and I know it is tough for you. My friends and I grew up at different times, at different rates. I grew up faster and believed that my friends were immature. Sadly, I am the problem, therefore, I isolated myself from them because I could not stand their so-called immaturity. They were my Phineas to my Gene, though without jealousy. All I wanted was to be equal, but I guess Canada made me go one step ahead.
Sorry for the extremely long paragraph.

Spongebob, Squidward, and Holden Caulfield
Did I ever tell you about Spongebob and Squidward? I probably did, but I never go into detail about it, did I? Well, I am going to start from the beginning. There are these two boys in my Drivers Ed and are brothers and remind me of Spongebob and Squidward because the way they are to each other and how do they look, in the best way possible of course. Now, these two boys are the most hilarious conversation starters out there, probably because of their quick wit and going straight to topic right away. I mean many people are great company, but usually, conversations start slow and awkward, but later turn out to be amazing. However, Spongebob and Squidward (I am not telling their names for the sake of their idenitiy) make the conversation what it is and interesting straight away. One time, we had to make up stories through pictures, and I wish I got Squidward's story on tape because it was hilarious and he made it up on the spot. Yes, both hilarious boys that are super kind and very considerate, yet honest. Not only do they have the ability to talk to people easily, which I admire, but also they argue like an old married couple.Yep, just like Spongebob and Squidward.
Even though I met two nice boys, I also lost a friend. Let's call him Holden Caulfield. He left town a couple of weeks ago without informing me because he left immediately one night, and I heard of it the morning later. You may think that this is no big deal, and it probably might not be to other people. But, he left without notifying anyone, without giving one warning, until he made his decision. Let's just say, getting told first thing in the morning is not good. However, he promised he will come back. He broke it. He will probably never come back even though he did have to leave in the first place. All he needs is a red hunting hat, smoking habit, and tuberculosis, and he will become the real life Holden Caulfield. I am a bit upset, but everyone has a friend that leaves and never comes back.
Yes, the weird people in my life. What are your stories about the people in your life?
With love,
Violet Sar Bleu
P.S. Sometimes, I give people reassurance because I need to hear it.
