A Day in Life

Here is a schedule of my life. I just wanted you all to get to know me better, so here we go :).

At 6:15 a.m., after I finally stop pressing the snooze button, which wakes me up at 6:00 a.m., I wake up and dread the day that is yet to come. I wake up my sister and walk into the bathroom in order to brush my teeth, wash my face, put on sunscreen, and all that good stuff.

I walk into my room by 6:20 a.m., 6:25 on a bad day, and I get dress. Usually I just pull out a pair of jeans and a t-shirt or a sweater and put on my TOMS or flats and call it a day. On a bad day, I will put on sweatpants, and it is usually when I am not feeling well or my body is aching.

By 6:30, I am downstairs and put on a jacket or sweater if it is cold, which rarely happens, and put whatever I need to in my bookbag and grab some breakfast, usually something random like Maria Biscuits and chocolate milk.

By 6:40, my mother and sister are both downstairs, and my sister starts the car. I usually just sit down and do nothing. My mother readies her things and by around 6:45, we are out of the house.

The drive from my house to my school is pretty quick, and I am usually half-awake.

By the time I am at school, my sister and I walk into the commons and sit down with our friends and either stay in peace and not talk and be in comfortable silence or talk whatever we need to say or sleep, whichever is preferred at the moment.

7:20 is when my first class starts, English. We study Shakespeare and talk about the relationship of Julius Caesar and argue if it should be called the Tragedy of Julius Caesar or the Tragedy of Marcus Brutus. Fun, I know.

Next class begins around 8:45 and it is physics, again another fun class. Here, we study the basics of physics from force to electrostatic stuff to equillibruim of charges based on the distance between the charges and the magnitude of the charge.

By 9:20, I am in art. There, either I am working on a clay pot (which I finished), a soap sculpture (which I am working on), or working on a portrait (which I finished a long time ago). Either those three things.

Fourth class is Chemistryy. I am doing fine in that class. I just do not like the people in it, the students.

Fifth class is Algelbra II. I am bored there, as many teenagers are. We have a break in the middle, lunch. I usually use that time to do portraits and sketches instead of actually eating since I am not hungry at that moment.

After that, I go to World History. Again, another dreaded class. It is not the teacher. It is the material. I cannot wait until we are going into World War II.

Last class of the day is Spanish. I read short stories and poems in there and interpret them and that is pretty much it.

School day ends at 2:30 p.m.

I ride the bus home and listen to music on the way there because kids on my bus are annoying. Do you have that problem with kids on the bus?

I am home by 2:50 p.m. because of the walk from my bus stop to my home. I eat at home for lunch and usually just chill out and call to my parents that I am home.

By 4:30 p.m., I showered and have to head out to Drivers Ed from Monday to Thursday. Class starts at 5:00 p.m. and ends at 7:00 p.m. and I dread every minute of it. I am pretty much keeping awake through Arizona Tea.

By 7:00 p.m., either I change for a 30 min dance class (pretty short, but better than nothing, scheduling problems), or if class is canceled, I change into my pyjamas and eat some dinner.

I do my homework and finish it. After that, I watch YouTube videos and work on my projects until I am tired. I brush my teeth and wash my face before bed and usually sleep around 11:30 p.m. or midnight or 11:00 p.m. on a good day.

That is a day in my life. Nothing really important. This is a school day and on the weekends I pretty much do nothing but homework, watch T.V., watch YouTube, and volunteer.

What is a day in your life like? Are we similiar? Are we different? How?

With Love,

Violet Sar Bleu

P.S. Try a drink called Arnold Palmer. Half Lemonade. Half Iced Tea. Wholesome goodness.
